Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Dyadic treatment for children 0-5 years old with their current caregiver. This intervention is to help rebuild the attachment between caregiver and child that may have been disrupted due to life events. This treatment is done with both caregiver and child in the room.

Individual Psychotherapy
This is for children, teens and adults and can address a variety of needs and goals. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, non judgmentally, with empathy and understanding.

TFCBT/ CBT
Cognitive behavioral therapy that aims at addressing the needs of children and adults with post-traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that aims to elicit behavior change by exploring and resolving ambivalence. By fostering a non-judgmental, empathetic environment, it empowers individuals to find intrinsic motivation for change. Its benefits include increased self-awareness, enhanced self-efficacy, and sustainable, positive behavior modification..

Family Therapy/Couples
Family dynamics can be challenging and disruptive. What I offer is a safe, non-judgmental place with a neutral party to help talk through what's happening at home and discover different ways to best deal with your situation.

Walk & Talk

Sometimes its easier to talk about our life issues while we move our bodies. Depending on the client and the type of support they need, this intervention may be helpful. We would meet at a park and try to find space away from others while we walk and discuss different topics. Due to confidentiality, not all clients will qualify for this service.

Mental health
Yoga

Stress and anxiety can be a daily occurrence which manifests physically, mentally and emotionally in the body. By utilizing yoga body movement and breathing techniques this pressure can be alleviated.

Yoga helps release anxiety and stress through the practice of Asana. I guide my clients through breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific (yet simple) bodily postures.

I find that ending an intense therapy session with a 15 minute grounding session is the perfect way to prepare my clients as they reenter the hectic world.

Meditation

Guided meditation for stress reduction — for adults and teens

Guided visualization for progressive muscles relaxation — for adults and teens

Meditation for kids
